HOW LONG HAS THE ROOFING CONTRACTOR BEEN IN BUSINESS?
It is common after a storm to see companies advertise “35 years experience”. What is not stated is that the 35 years experience is spread between 10 people at 2-4 years each. Ask any company coming to your home “How long has the company been in business.” This will protect you down the road when the time comes for any type of warranty work to be performed. The Holden family name has been recognized as one of the strongest names in the roofing industry since 1961.
DOES THE CONTRACTOR HAVE AN OFFICE WITH A FULL STAFF OR WORK FROM THEIR HOME / TRUCK?

Holden Roofing, Inc. has been a household name in your area for 50 years. We feel that if you have lived in this area for a while, you probably know someone who has used our services. We have advertised by TV, radio, newspaper, and most local telephone books.
DOES THE CONTRACTOR HAVE ENOUGH MANPOWER TO SERVICE YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER?
We have approximately 400 installers, some of which have been roofing for over 30 years and most of them over 10 years. The average home in the area is a one day job. Hard to believe but when you do it every day you become very good at it.
IS THE CONTRACTOR LICENSED AND BONDED TO PULL NECESSARY PERMITS?
We are licensed and bonded in all areas required. We also handle all city or other building permits required.
